BACK SABBATH is Canada’s ultimate tribute to Black Sabbath. The band is based in Montreal, Canada and emerged out of the ashes of a Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath cover band known as BLACK LED. It features BLACK LED founding members “Spooky” Todd Fraser on guitar and Danny Tkacz on drums. With the addition of Sotiri Papafylis (ex-EUDOXIS) on vocals and harmonica, the band changed their name to BACK SABBATH. Five bass players later, the band was finally complete in November 2007 when Randy Darche (ex-KALEIDOSCOPIK) stepped up to the plate. Their commitment is to faithfully reproduce Black Sabbath’s early years which featured the classic lineup of Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward.You won’t believe your eyes and ears as you are transported back to the 70’s with BACK SABBATH!
