Band Biography :
COMFORT ZONE connects the styles and sounds of the DJ-Culture, its new
possibilities of creating sound by modern computer and studio technologies with
the liberty and creativity of improvised music. BREAK- & JUNGLEBEATS,
DRUM.n.BASS-Tracks, DUB and HOUSE just like AMBIENTsounds and soundcollages are
created, composed, arranged and produced LIVE. Instead of turntables the 3 IJs
(Instrument-Jockeys) are using their instruments and their electronics.
Interactions with the audience, among themselves, with the electronics are an
inexhaustible source of inspiration for each COMFORT ZONE-Event, another kind of
improvisation… …a new jazz experience.
