Band Biography :
The band Deveat (pronounced deviate) was started in early 1999 by Carlos
Imperial and according to fans and different audiences it derives influences
from bands such as The Beatles, Rush, The Police, and Radiohead among others.
All four members of Deveat have one goal in common and that is to compose and
perform original music. Their first self produced album entitled “Downtime” was
released in summer of 2000 and featured 10 original songs which the band
promoted with great effort and managed to gain them an even bigger fan
base.Their second self produced album entitled “Day after day” was released in
early 2003 featuring 15 songs each one different in sound and feel. Something
for everyone so to speak. Both independent releases have done well among
musicians and music lovers alike. After touring throughout the state of Texas
and parts of northern Mexico the band’s current plans include touring outside
their home state and recording a third album
