Band Biography :
We first started off with two of us. My best friend played the electric guitar
and I played the drums. We would take turns writing lyrics and riffs. We didnt
play much at first b/c we were still trying to figure out what kind of rock we
wanted to play. Later, we chose to play heavy metal b/c the sound and the speed
was incredible. My friend joined the military and doesnt play much anymore and
my drum set was stolen by some asshole losers. So, right now, presently, I still
write lyrics, and he just plays until his time comes to go to Iraq. Our name,
DisBandeD, came up when his mom said something like, “So, are you guys
disbanding for the night?” So, we used the name. It sounded cool to us. But I
guess you could say that for the time being, until later, DisBandeD has
literally “disbanded.” We were both hoping that our band would become popular.
Hopefully, one day we will get back together and jam out like we used to.
