Band Biography :
The critical mass, which created HAZMAT Jay (Guitar), Dave (Drums) and Duck
(Guitar), 3 former members of Neophobia began in 2005 with their musically
explosive reunion. After a short period of time the HAZMAT sound began to
emerge. The importance of creating a sound that is true and not just the
“flavour of the day” is at the foreground of HAZMAT. The time came to complete
the line-up. In late 2005 the first enlistee was “Tiny” (Bass), soon to be
followed by Fess (Vocals). Now with the line up completed, the sound of HAZMAT
became clearer and the songs already in hand were reworked and tweaked to
maximize their intensity. Now armed with a set full of heavy assed songs, HAZMAT
moved themselves from the studio to the live forum. The word was now out,
HAZMAT.
