Band Biography :
The history of HIROSHIMA MON AMOUR is young, so the story is quickly told: In
March 2005 the band was founded by… UWE UMBRUCH (Ex-The Revolvers, Ex-Public
Toys) - vocals, guitar STEVO SALTIMBOCCA (Ex-Polltax) - guitar ARNOLDO BENZINI
(Bedford) - bass, vocals FAB (Punx Army, SS-kaliert) - drums Punkrock with an
attitude, that is the obvious direction and destination of the band who does not
care about any drawers that might be invitingly open in the big music cupboard
currently. No glampunk here, no streetpunk or any other kind of deflated waste.
Within two weeks, first listening examples offered on the band’s website were
downloaded some hundred times and numerous reactions are proof of HIROSHIMA MON
AMOUR’s potential.
