Band Biography :
Composé de six interprètes, (banjo,trombone,clarinette,trompette,batterie et
sousaphone) Le Dixieband est réputé pour sa qualité musicale, la tonicité de ses
arrangements et pour son animation, qui conjugue humour et verve, de même que
pour la force de son jeu et ses costumes stylisés. Deux spectacles du Dixieband
sont actuellement offerts en tournée : une version concert pour le grand public
et un spectacle pour enfants intitulé Le Monde merveilleux du dixie.
