What do you get when you have a nonamed artist in a big name music industry? You
get NameLess! This award winning artist is on the road to making a name for
himself! (Pun Intended) With two CD’s as a slim part of his credentials,
NameLess is currently working on a new, highly anticipated project called “Lost
But Not Alone”. “Lost But Not Alone” is expected to be his best album yet.
Following the EP, “Downside Up”, this should definitely be an exciting album
that will keep listeners captivated. You know his name, and maybe know him as an
artist, but let’s go into the life of NameLess. Who is he? What does he stand
for? How did he grow up? Suprisingly enough, Nathan is his real name when away
from the microphone, I guess he does have a name. When growing up, Nathan wasn’t
always listening or being exposed to hiphop. He was just another ordinary kid
raised by a single mom. Nathan was on a path to darkness until God came into his
life a couple years later. His deep, complex, and complicated emotions are shown
through his songs. He stands strong when it comes to his faith, friends, and
music. Never wanting to portray a fake image, NameLess is continually going
against the grind. Whether standing for what he does is popular or not, that is
not an issue to him. What is an issue, is that he is going to use his gift from
God by giving it back, and furthuring the Kingdom. NameLess is taking the
meaning of artist development to the next level. He’s doing it himself, no
future goal of signing with a big time record label, NameLess wants to do it
himself. No record deals will be accepted, and that has been made pretty clear
in the past. Bringing in thousands of hits on internet listening charts, being
the most listened to artist on stl-pulse, along with many other statistical high
points, he should have no problem acheiving his goal of not only starting his
own record label, but making it a successful CHRISTIAN label. Other future goals
consists opening businesses, doing missionary work, and working with youth.
NameLess has toured and performed with same old jake, sons of thunder, river j,
(action pack). Luke Geraty (syntax records), Motion Plus, Israel Rivera, along
with many others. NameLess will surely be on the road again soon, expanding his
fan base, and ministry. Not only does he have the business, recording, and
performing side of it down, but he has a huge heart. The “Lost but Not Alone”
album is being released on April 30th, 2005. 20% of the earnings with CD sales
will be donated to a Christian missionary organization called serving in
mission, SIM.org . Not bad for a no named rapper.
