Band Biography
After performing live with former Beatle Ringo Starr, former Ace/Squeeze front man Paul Carrack, former Prince drummerm Sheila E., former Bad English lead singer John Waite and former Men at Work singer Colin Hay, surf rock comedic multi instrumentalist and vocalist “Strange” Dave created SURF/RAP and is the self-proclaimed Jewish Super Heavyweight Champion of the SURF/RAP genre, and often can be found publically challenging other Surf/Rapper’s to the title.

 He released his first solo album, SURFING ON LONG ISLAND, which contained only original songs written by “Strange” Dave himself. A new solo album is slated for an early 2008 release. Currently he is set to tour starting with New York City shows in October of 2006.
