Band Biography :
This is a band that you will LOVE to hate! They are noisy, immature and
sometimes don’t even tune their guitars. BLAH BLAH BLAH. The band started when
two of our members met in a mental hospital back in 1998. They recorded a live
song for Bottled Rag Records in 1999, but wasn’t released until 2003 for
whatever reason. You can find that song on the Bottled Rag Records comp entitled
“Light the Rag, Throw the Bottle.” 2004 and 2005 worked out to be very
productive years for the band with two tours and four different releases now
under their belt. Playing anything from psychedelic rock, punk, electronica, no
wave. The Jesus Trip have made a very unique sound for themselves. They simply
brand their sound as “sh!trock.” You be the judge.
