Band Biography :
We got together in March 2005 because there was a lack of punk in Spokane. We
were fucking sick of seeing emo grow to what it has and we fuckin hate it. This
is our scene and we fuckin want it back. We practiced in Matt’s basement and
made a few songs. The Prostates was chosen as a name because we wanted something
that would get us noticed and make children run away. We played our first show
at Jake’s house and it was a raging success. We got Meenagorp, Subordinance, and
the DeadOnes to play also. It was a show/party and it was great.
