Band Biography :
The Tripping Cherubs has been in existence since about 1984. The band is centred
around the song writing of Andrew Middleton and has a flexible membership.
Friends from other bands collaboarte as and when. An album, ‘Pop songs for the
disenchanted’ is to be released mid-2006 on AAZ Records featuring 13 recently
recorded songs. The music is indie guitar pop and the mood is introspective,
sad, dark with glimmers of occasional optimistism. The songs are simply
structured allowing for some great, layered arrangements.
